CAN I BUY PRODUCTS IF I AM OUTSIDE ITALY?

We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain countries in Africa and Asia. If you are located in one of these countries, please contact us before placing your order to confirm delivery availability.

DO I GET WARRANTY FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS?

All used and refurbished equipment comes with a 12-month warranty. New products are covered by a 24-month warranty.

DO I PAY VAT FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCTS?

All prices displayed on our website include VAT. No additional VAT charges will be added to the prices shown.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

We offer free shipping to destinations across Europe. For deliveries outside Europe, shipping costs will be determined based on the buyer’s location and agreed upon before the order is confirmed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION?

All products are fully insured during shipping for your peace of mind. In the unlikely event that a product is damaged or lost in transit, we will arrange a full refund or offer you the option to choose a comparable replacement from our website.
